Color in Design: An Interactive Journey into Colorful Interiors

Color is a visual medium that creates emotions in people that excite and energize. The use of color in design has a profound impact on how a space makes people feel. Join Blakely Interior Design for an interactive luncheon on the process for using color in designing our interiors and the impact on its inhabitants.

Discuss the foundational elements of using color in interior design beyond theory and then jump in to working with color directly. You’ll work hands-on with colorful textiles and other materials in small groups to develop a color story for your pre-determined program. Each group will share their composition and the logic behind their choices where the foundational elements of color will come full circle by the end of the event.

The event is hosted by Blakely Interior Design and moderated by Janelle Blakely Photopoulos, certified color expert and Principal of Blakely Interior Design. Lunch will be served.

Ticket price is $10; Food and drinks provided.

These events are being recorded and photographed. By attending, you give your consent to be photographed, filmed, taped, and/or recorded.
