Employment-Based Immigration: first Preference EB-1
You might be qualified for an employment-based, first-preference visa if you are an alien of extraordinary capability, are an exceptional professor or scientist, or job are a particular international executive or supervisor. Each occupational classification has particular requirements that must be satisfied:
Your petitioning company should be a U.S. company and intend to utilize you in a supervisory or executive capability. – Evidence of invoice of lesser nationally or internationally recognized rewards or awards for excellence
– Evidence of your subscription in associations in the field which demand outstanding accomplishment of their members
– Evidence of released material about you in expert or major trade publications or other major media
– Evidence that you have actually been asked to judge the work of others, either separately or on a panel
– Evidence of your original scientific, scholarly, creative, athletic, or business-related contributions of major significance to the field
– Evidence of your authorship of academic short articles in professional or significant trade publications or other major media
– Evidence that your work has been shown at creative exhibits or showcases
– Evidence of your efficiency of a leading or crucial role in distinguished companies
– Evidence that you command a high salary or other considerably high reimbursement in relation to others in the field
– Evidence of your business successes in the performing arts

** Examples of Documentary Evidence That an Individual is an Outstanding Professor or Researcher
In order to demonstrate you are an impressive teacher or researcher, you must consist of evidence of 2 of the 6 noted criteria below (or similar proof if any of the requirements do not readily apply):
– Evidence of invoice of significant prizes or awards for outstanding achievement
– Evidence of membership in associations that need their members to show impressive accomplishment
– Evidence of released product in professional publications written by others about the alien’s work in the academic field
– Evidence of participation, either on a panel or individually, as a judge of the work of others in the exact same or allied scholastic field
– Evidence of initial clinical or academic research contributions in the field
