Ian Prichett
President

Ian Prichett is the President and Owner of Lumetta, where he continues his father’s legacy by leading the company with a focus on innovation, craftsmanship, and strong industry relationships. After earning a degree from Northeastern University and beginning his career in medical sales, Ian returned to Rhode Island in 2017 to join the family business. Since stepping into leadership in 2020, he has helped Lumetta thrive through custom-built lighting solutions and a collaborative, market-driven approach. He lives in Rhode Island with his wife Melissa, daughter Noelle, and their dog, Beef, and enjoys travel, cooking, fishing, and golf.

Ryan Heelan
Head of Engineering

Since joining Lumetta in 2013 as a part-time drafter, Ryan has grown into a pivotal team member, now leading the engineering department and contributing across engineering, purchasing, sales support, and custom project management. He collaborates with clients and design teams to bring lighting concepts to life, producing technical drawings, job cut sheets, and tailored design solutions. Ryan also oversees how products are made—selecting materials, programming CNC machines, and resolving technical challenges to ensure quality and efficiency. Outside of work, he lives in Providence with his partner and two dogs and enjoys staying active through workouts and outdoor adventures.

Steph Wheatley
Art Director

Stephanie (Steph) is the Art Director at Lumetta, where she’s shaped the brand’s visual identity for nearly 14 years. As the company’s sole artist, she leads all creative efforts—from digital and print design to product branding—and has contributed to the development of best-selling luminaires and the signature Design Lumenate® diffusers.

Outside of work, Steph is a mom and design enthusiast who shares her love for interior styling on Instagram at @swheatleydesign.

Bowen Wheatley
Product Design Lead

Bowen Wheatley is a seasoned design and manufacturing leader with over a decade of experience in product development, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. As Product Design Lead and Shipping Supervisor at Lumetta, his hands-on journey from assembler to leadership has shaped his ability to create innovative, manufacturable lighting solutions. A champion of Design Thinking and sustainable practices, Bowen fosters collaborative, growth-oriented environments. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, hiking, golfing, basketball, and beachside relaxation.

Judith Sheehan
Marketing Director

Judith has served as Lumetta’s Acting Marketing Director for the past year, leading strategic content development and strengthening sales team support through improved representative relationships. Outside of Lumetta, she consults for small to mid-sized businesses across industries, blending her marketing expertise with a passion for design, photography, and personal growth—all with her loyal dog by her side.
