Michelle Peterson (she/her) is an emerging ceramics artist whose lighthearted aesthetic has already made a distinguished mark. Originally from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Michelle attended Bak School of The Arts and subsequently Dreyfoos School of The Arts, where she focused on competitive choral and opera studies. After moving to Boston to attend

Berklee College of Music and pursuing music therapy, Michelle eventually settled in Providence, Rhode Island where she has lived for the past five years. Michelle now specializes in creating usable contemporary ceramics and sells her vessels under the brand “Slow Bloom Ceramics”. Her work can be found in Providence hotels, such as Dye House and The Dean.
